Your role & responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Bug Busters you will:

  • Answer telephones, sms, chat relay messages, and handle customers’ requests.
  • Use webbased routing software to schedule startup and recurring services.
  • Maintain accurate records of important customer comments and interactions.
  • Make calls to customers to check satisfaction.
  • Answer basic questions from customers and prospects about company services
  • Sell company services to inbound callers.
  • Make calls to customers to collect past due amounts.
  • Process account receivable payments.
  • Prepare customer mailings, and perform other administrative tasks. Over see customer renewal program
  • Provide customers with excellent service via the phone, sms, chat and email
  • Creating and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Scheduling service appointment for new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with pest control technicians with full access to their schedules.
  • Accounts receivable filing, scanning, copying and posting.
  • To carry out any additional tasks as requested by the direct manager for the success of its operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of as Customer Service Representative, preferably 2+ years in pest control or a home-service environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. (Driving experience for 5+ years is preferred, but we’ll consider your overall driving record.)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, driver-record (MVR) review and physical fitness test.
