Job Description

We are an independent insurance agency located in the heart of Downtown Woodstock. Our team is collaborative, customer-focused, and committed to delivering excellent service to our clients.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This is a part-time, in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist with prospect data collection and entry
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Support the marketing team with internal administrative tasks
  • Provide general office support as needed
