Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor – Media Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating engaging video content, from planning and filming to editing and distribution. We need someone who can point and shoot training videos, youtube videos and social media videos. If you have a passion for storytelling through video, are skilled in video editing software, and have experience with training video creation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Creation: Develop, film, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and internal training purposes.
  • Video Editing: Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to create compelling and polished video content.
  • Training Videos: Develop instructional and training videos, providing clear, engaging, and easy-to-follow content for employees and owners.
  • Project Management: Manage video projects from initial concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.
  • Content Optimization: Stay current with video marketing trends and best practices to continually improve video performance.
  • Social Media: Create and optimize videos for social media platforms, ensuring content is tailored to each platform’s unique format and audience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and training teams to identify video needs and provide solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in video marketing, video production, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and Adobe suite.
  • Strong skills in graphic design for video assets.
  • Experience in filming, including knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for video content on each.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience seeing projects through from implementation to completion.
  • Experience in creating training videos is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
