Key Responsibilities:

• Verify Quotes: Collaborate with estimators to accurately select and document parts. Utilize tools like CCC and Parts Trader for sourcing, and ensure all parts receive proper approval before proceeding.
• Order Parts: Handle purchase orders with precision, ensuring parts match requirements and addressing any discrepancies with estimators. Initiate repair recalibration processes in collaboration with the Quality Manager.
• Receive Parts: Take charge of inventory, maintaining accountability for all incoming parts. Ensure prompt vendor payment and manage any returns or issues with received parts efficiently.
• Parts List Coordination: Oversee the transition of parts for various repair phases, ensuring smooth progress and addressing any shortages or delays promptly.
• Estimating According to Capability and Capacity

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
