Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and home buyers/sellers.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent Avalon Home Inspections at industry events, trade shows, Social Media and community functions to promote our brand and services.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to increase our market presence and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and support to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Networking: Identify and engage with potential business partners and referral sources to expand our network.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends to inform business strategy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in account managment, sales, or customer service, preferalbly in the real estate or home inspection industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage mulitiple priorities effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM sofeware; familiarity with home inspection tools and software is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally to attend meetings, events, and client sites as needed.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
