Who We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant with a strong background in closing home remodeling sales and securing B2B partnerships that generate ongoing client referrals. This role is perfect for a driven individual who understands the remodeling process, can guide homeowners through product selection, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager, leading a team of up to three sales professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospective homeowners and B2B leads.
• Qualify potential clients and guide them through the remodeling process.
• Attend client meetings, providing expert consultation and product recommendations.
• Assist in preparing project estimates and “bid” files.
• Prepare and finalize all contract documents.
• Ensure seamless homeowner follow-up throughout the construction process.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
