Job Summary:
Gunnin Land Surveying is seeking an entry level field technician (instrument operator/eye man) to assist in the completion of land surveys.
Job Expectations:
– Assist crew leader (party chief) in completion of boundary surveys, topographic surveys, as-builts, and construction layout staking
– Upload/download coordinate files daily
– Work well with team and supervisors
– Individual time keeping for payroll and billing purposes
Job Requirements:
– Able to work Monday-Friday with overtime and travel as needed
– Individual does not need prior Land Surveying experience, but must be able to learn quickly
– Must be able to work outside full time (including peak summer temperatures and low winter temperatures)
– Must be able to carry 50 pounds
-Must be able to pass a drug test
