Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients and vendors in the waste management sector. This role involves understanding client needs, developing customized solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of waste management services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, detailed orientated in a fast-paced environment, and solution driven.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, understanding their waste management needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional waste management services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, prospecting, and referrals, and convert leads into long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure the seamless delivery of waste management services and resolve any client issues or concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in waste management, and educate clients on sustainable waste disposal solutions.
  • The potential to prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of Performance Waste Solutions

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree with customer service experience OR High School diploma /GED with customer service and Microsoft experience
