Job Description

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.  Starting Hourly Rate is $18.00 to $20.00 depending upon experience.



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (SAP, EDI, Excel, E-mail).
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stress tolerance.
  • Data collection and ordering



  • Receive customer orders via electronic means (fax, e-mail, EDI, customer web sites).
  • Process orders via SAP
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Schedule customer deliveries with consideration of production and lead time of product.
  • Produce pick tickets and customer specific labels
  • Other associated duties.
