Job Description

Servicewise Electric is a family owned and operated electrical service company located in Canton, GA. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated Lead Service Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our service coordination efforts to new heights. We offer a full benefit package (company paid half of medical insurance), 401k (company matching up to 3.5%), PTO for all major holidays, vacation time, and a pleasant work environment. Previous experience of scheduling/dispatching/office admin is required.

Position Overview: As the Lead Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing our service coordination team, ensuring seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with various departments to optimize processes, resolve issues, and enhance the overall service experience for our clients.

  • Manage customer communications through incoming calls, emails and online.
  • Use software system to research, route and process calls successfully.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, answer questions, organize and schedule service appointments.
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determine the cause of the problem, select, and explain the best solution to solve the problem and expedite the correction or adjustment to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Ensure all calls results are recorded, noted and the actions that were taken.
  • Maintain customer accounts by checking and recording account information in software.
  • Receive customer payments.
  • Communicate with technicians and team members daily.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years call center experience (CSR/DSR)
  • Proven experience in a service coordination or customer service role, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HouseCall Pro).
  • Experience in electrical industry/construction industry is a plus.
