Overview

The Field Supervisor (Foreman) leads and oversees crews within SDS’s inspection and hydro-jetting operations. This role is responsible for day-to-day field execution, safety compliance, crew leadership, and performance alignment with SDS standards. The Supervisor serves as the on-site leader, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate field technicians across inspection and jetting crews
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and adjust workflows as needed
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce SDS and site-specific safety protocols
• Operate and oversee the use of CCTV inspection, jetting, and surveillance equipment
• Drive company passenger vehicles to and from job sites as required
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers and clients
• Train new hires and support ongoing skill development within the crew
• Ensure accurate completion of service logs, reports, and documentation
• Identify issues in the field and communicate findings to management promptly
