Southern Drainage Solutions (SDS) is a leading provider of storm and sanitary system services across North Georgia, specializing in hydro-jetting, pipeline inspections, and trenchless rehabilitation for municipal and commercial clients.
We are seeking a Field Supervisor (Foreman) to lead and support our inspection and jetting crews. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, assign tasks, ensure safety compliance, and act as the on-site leader for projects. Responsibilities include training new hires, operating and supervising equipment such as CCTV and hydro-jetting rigs, and maintaining accurate reporting.
Expected Hours: 40–60 hours per week
Leadership experience in field or construction roles
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles
Experience with safety briefings and pipeline/inspection equipment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred: 3+ years in underground infrastructure or field services
Preferred: Familiarity with hydro-jetting/CCTV workflows
Preferred: NASSCO PACP certification
