Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys supporting both internal operations and external client needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring our team stays on track and our clients feel supported.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for the delivery team and leadership

  • Prepare client-facing documents, meeting agendas, and follow-up communications.

  • Coordinate scheduling of internal and client meetings across multiple calendars

  • Track project deliverables, due dates, and action items in project management tools

  • Maintain organized documentation in Google Workspace and Asana

  • Draft internal process documentation and assist with SOP development

  • Help manage timekeeping and billing reports for consultants

  • Represent SuiteSciens professionally in written and verbal communications with clients

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or client service role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Asana

  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

  • Confident in client-facing situations and able to represent the brand professionally

  • Experience supporting consulting or technology teams is a plus

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
