We are seeking a Risk & Scope Analyst (Independent Contractor) to perform structured site assessments and documentation. This role focuses on scope precision and material risk identification. It is not a pricing or negotiation position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments
• Define detailed scope elements
• Identify access, equipment, and execution constraints
• Flag material risk factors
• Submit structured documentation with photos/videos

Compensation:

• Per-assessment fee
• Performance-based bonus tied to company-collected revenue
• Mileage reimbursement beyond designated radius
