Job Description

Thrive Canton

Community Manager

The Historic Jones Building

Thank you for showing interest in joining the Thrive Canton team! We are excited to be adding to our team as we continue to grow responsibly and purposefully here in the City of Canton by offering coworking, private office, and event space.

We are looking for team members who are community-minded and a jack-of-all-trades. This position will be the face of our location at The Jones Building — handling everything from tours, event conversion, reception services, sales, facilities management, and, most importantly, customer service to anyone we have the opportunity to interact with. This role requires initiative, project management, self-sufficiency, problem-solving, multitasking, interpersonal skills, and an ownership mentality.

You’ll be the person primarily responsible for day-to-day operations at the Jones Building, but you won’t be doing it alone. This role reports directly to Thrive’s Community Director (currently Lee Oliver), who regularly rotates between both locations and stays connected through consistent team meetings and check-ins.

Our best Community Managers build relationships with our members that go well beyond standard customer service; done right, you become something like an extended member of their own teams. There’s also plenty of room to grow personally and professionally by getting involved in local boards, organizations, and other areas of community influence.

Please reach out to info@thrive-canton.com with an attached resume and a summary of what you are looking for in the next chapter of your career if you are interested in the position.

Thank you,

Lee Oliver
