Job Summary

In this position, Raw Material Mixer will load, unload, mix and move materials within or near the plant. This position supports the production floor and is responsible for ensuring the plastic injection machines have material to run.

2nd Shift: 4:00PM – 12:00AM (Must be able to train on 1st shift 8:00AM – 4:00PM)

Essential Duties

• Handle and mix a variety of raw plastic materials
• Clean grinders and dryers
• Supply material as needed to eliminate downtime
• Counts, weighs, and verifies raw materials
• Ensure containers are properly labeled and easily identifiable
• Maintain filters, dryers, hoppers, vacuum stations, and grinders
• Return unused material back to staging area, and assist with workstation clean up
• Notify proper personnel of contaminated or damaged material
• Safely operate forklift and other equipment needed for job task
• Adheres to all OSHA safety policies and regulations
• Additional duties as assigned
